Lumen TV Player does not provide channels

It is a player. You connect the IPTV service you already subscribe to, using either Xtream Codes credentials or an M3U playlist URL that your provider gave you. We cannot supply, recommend or troubleshoot providers, and we have no control over what a provider streams or whether it stays up.

Common questions

Nothing loads after I add my provider. Check the server address, username and password against what your provider sent, then pull to refresh on Home. If other apps can reach the provider and this one cannot, email us.

A channel or film will not play. The app falls back to a second playback engine for formats Apple cannot decode. If a stream still fails, it is usually the provider; try another title to confirm.

My list and progress are missing on another device. They follow your account, so make sure both devices are signed in to the same account and profile.

I forgot my parental PIN. Your account password can reset it in Settings → Parental Controls.

I want my account deleted. Settings → Account → Delete Account, which removes everything immediately. No email needed.

Open source

Lumen TV Player uses VLCKit, published by VideoLAN under the LGPL 2.1. The in-app Settings → Open Source Licenses screen carries the full notice and how to request the object code.
